Basalt Infrastructure Partners and SDC Capital Partners to acquire Fatbeam Holdings.

Basalt Infrastructure Partners, an investment advisor, and SDC Capital Partners, a global digital infrastructure investment firm, agreed to acquire Fatbeam Holdings, a broadband service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with the Fatbeam management team to continue the Company’s current growth trajectory and strong operational performance.
