Kayne Anderson Energy Infrastructure Fund, a investment fund, completed the merger with Kayne Anderson NextGen Energy & Infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This Merger is about positioning for the future and capitalizing on long-term tailwinds in the energy infrastructure sector.
