Renalfa to acquire Vetrocom from Alpiq Group.

Renalfa Group, a clean energy and e-mobility investment group, to acquire Vetrocom, a wind farm, from Alpiq Group, an electricity producer and energy services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to announce the signing of the deal for Vetrocom wind farm, after winning a competitive auction.
