Dr. August Oetker completed the acquisition of Galileo Lebensmittel.

Dr. August Oetker, a development, production and packaging of specialty and premium white label frozen mini pizza and snacking products company, completed the acquisition of Galileo Lebensmittel, a food manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For Dr. Oetker, the planned acquisition of Galileo represents a significant expansion of our presence in the pizza snacks sector.
