Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan to acquire a majority stake in Sevana Bioenergy.

Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, a investor and administrator of the pensions of active and retired teachers, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Sevana Bioenergy, a creator, designer, owner, and operator of large-scale anaerobic digestion projects that generate renewable natural gas. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to partner with John and the Sevana team to help accelerate their efforts to develop advanced digester facilities that produce RNG and electricity for transportation fuel, EV charging and other forms of energy.
