A consortium led by Lifelong Group, a machinery and equipments manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of GoMechanic, a network of 1000+ car service centers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction will assist in preserving the ecosystem at large and also enable providing continued livelihood to the employees at GoMechanic,” Lifelong Group.
