Sofidel completed the acquisition of Hakle.

Sofidel,a company that specialises in the tissue paper production market for hygienic and domestic use, completed the acquisition of Hakle, a manufacturer of paper products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thanks to this acquisition, we significantly strengthen our positioning on the German market for toilet tissue and kitchen towels, and also enter a new category, moist toilet tissue," Philippe Defacqz, Sofidel Vice President Marketing & Sales.
