KRAFTON, a South Korean video game holding company, agreed to acquire a 10% stake in People Can Fly, a Polish video game developer, for $32m. “KRAFTON will strive to secure more opportunities in second-party publishing this year so that more IPs can get a chance to bat in the market” and added, “we will continue to raise KRAFTON’s profile based on such major strategic partnership with a highly competent global developer such as PCF,” CH Kim, KRAFTON CEO.
