Instalco to acquire SMT Norrbotten.

Instalco, an industrial manufacturer, agreed to acquire SMT Norrbotten, an industrial company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a very strategic acquisition for us, since SMT is active where we have wanted to establish a strong presence for quite some time. The region along the northern coast of Sweden is growing and there are plans for major investments in the industrial area during the years ahead. SMT is an excellent fit with our industrial group,” Johan Larsson, Instalco Head of Division.
