Nalka completed the acquisition of Norres Baggerman Group from Triton Partners.

Nalka, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Norres Baggerman Group, a manufacturer of industrial hoses, from Triton Partners, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Triton has played a substantial role in the development of our company and has contributed the necessary support to successfully execute our expansion goals.
