Gastrodat to acquire Sitec.

Gastrodat, a hotel management software company, agreed to acquire Sitec, a cloud solution company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the Front Office Cloud, a completely new generation of hotel management systems is available. Hoteliers achieve a great digital competitive advantage with it - and thus the entire group of companies," Herbert Stegfellner, Gastrodat CEO.
