Global Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm, and Grupo Romero, a privately owned diversified conglomerate, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Trabajos Maritimos, an integrated port infrastructure platform, from Tramarsa, a port operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to partner with Grupo Romero and invest in Tramarsa, which has a track record of over 30 years of strong operational performance and continued growth.
