Inchcape, a global automotive distributor, agreed to acquire a 70% stake in assembly and distribution business operations in Indonesia from Mercedes-Benz, a luxury vehicles company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to be expanding our presence in Indonesia with the acquisition of Mercedes Benz’s Indonesian operations in a joint venture with Indomobil, with whom we already have a strong in country distribution partnership. We look forward to combining our local expertise with our leading digital and data capabilities to grow the business further," Ruslan Kinebas, Inchcape CEO.
