WSH to acquire MRS.

WSH, a UK-based company specialising in catering services, agreed to acquire MRS, a Paris-based provider of hospitality services to corporate clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. WSH has been operating in France for 12 years, providing hospitality services for international customers. Through Musiam Paris, WSH now operates in a collection of unique locations including Le Louvre, Chateau de Versailles, Musée du Quai Branly, and Musée d’Orsay.
