Houston Natural Resources completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Rhino Energy.

Houston Natural Resources, a diversified energy company, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Rhino Energy, an energy company. Financial terms were not disclsoed. Houston Natural Resources has engaged legal counsel, auditors and an underwriter for its listing on to NASDAQ which it expects to file in the second quarter this year.
