Sonae, an investment company, and Bankinter, a Spanish financial services company, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This joint venture aims to create a leading consumer credit operator in Portugal, leveraging Universo’s growing success alongside the complementing expertise of Bankinter Consumer Finance.
