Cygna Labs completed the acquisition of VitalQIP from Nokia.

Cygna Labs, a software developer, completed the acquisition of VitalQIP, a software manufacturer with a focus on providing enterprises worldwide with the latest innovations in DDI, cloud security, and compliance technology, from Nokia, a telecommunications, information technology, and consumer electronics corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The continued adoption of cloud computing services by enterprises remains a key driver for the DDI market.
