Bain Capital, a global investment firm, and GIC, a global institutional investor, agreed to acquire WHI Holdings, an HR software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "WHI has continued to elevate its compelling value proposition by helping workforces across Japan collaborate smarter and more effectively, and adapt seamlessly to a variety of work environments.
