Pango-backed Intersections, a provider of identity risk management, privacy protection, and other subscription-based services, completed the acquisition of OVPN Integritet, a VPN provider, from Foliehatt, company that develops solutions that increase internet integrity and security, and Rehn Studios, a Sweden-based it service company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
