Crestview Partners-backed Convergix Automation Solutions completed the acquisition of Eagle Technologies.

Crestview Partners-backed Convergix Automation Solutions, an automation solutions company, completed the acquisition of Eagle Technologies, a systems integrator specializing in turnkey automated production and testing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
