Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France to acquire GB Isolation and Alsic.

Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France, an offeror of design, manufacturing, and distributing building materials internationally, agreed to acquire GB Isolation, a provider of heat insulators, and Alsic, a provider of thermal insulators. Financial terms were not disclosed.
