Söderberg & Partners completed the acquisition of Grupo Galilea from JZ International.

Söderberg & Partners, an insurance broker and consultant, completed the acquisition of Grupo Galilea, which specializes in the brokerage of commercial insurance to small and medium-sized Spanish corporations, from JZ International, a private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Grupo Galilea will continue to operate exactly as it operates now. The management, the partners and staff will remain the same.
