Brown & Brown completed the acquisition of Highcourt Partners.

Brown & Brown, an insurance brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of Highcourt Partners, a risk and insurance management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This combination with Brown & Brown is very positive for our customers and colleagues and we look forward to continuing to build out and expand our offerings.
