Ancala Partners completed the acquisition of Noventa Energy Partners.

Ancala Partners, an investor in critical infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Noventa Energy Partners, a global renewable energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Noventa was founded with a clear mission to decarbonise buildings through disruptive innovation. Our special relationship with HUBER with respect to its ThermWin technology was the first step toward that mission.
