Gerflor Group completed the acquisition of Snap Lock Industries.

Gerflor Group, a flooring solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Snap Lock Industries, a manufacturer of modular flooring systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The SnapLock shareholders and management are thrilled that the Company has been acquired by Gerflor, who we believe will prove to be a strong partner as they share our culture and approach to business, and we look forward to continued growth under new ownership,” Jorgen Moller, SnapLock CEO.
