Atlantis Consumer Healthcare completed the acquisition of Avrio Health from Purdue Pharm for $397m.

Atlantis Consumer Healthcare, a company that designs, develops and delivers behavior change solutions for healthcare and life sciences organizations around the world, completed the acquisition of Avrio Health, a privately held consumer health products company, from Purdue Pharma, a company that manufactures and sells medications and consumer health products, for $397m.
