Vela Software to acquire Pemba Capital-backed Marque Group Solutions.

Vela Software, a software solutions provider, agreed to acquire Pemba Capital-backed Marque Group Solutions, a data management solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With our existing footprint in mission-critical solutions for the automotive and mobility sector, Marque Group builds further on Vela’s vertical market software expertise and offering across the region, it provides us a fantastic springboard into the OEM automotive market with a highly regarded suite of solutions in the Marque Group.
