Connell Caldic completed the acquisition of Chemhouse Marketing and Brink Chemicals.

Connell Caldic, a distributor and manufacturer of food ingredients, completed the acquisition of Chemhouse Marketing and Brink Chemicals, an India-based distributor of solutions to the personal care and topical dermatology market. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome the team from Chemhouse aboard Connell Caldic.
