US Clean Energy completed the acquisition of Eneon ES.

US Clean Energy, a clean energy platform and holding company, completed the acquisition of Eneon ES, a battery energy storage system solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Eneon is a recognized leader in the BESS market, and we are excited to have them join our family of clean energy solutions. Their expertise and experience will be a valuable addition to our portfolio, deepening our impact within the clean energy evolution,” Martin Mobley, US Clean Energy CEO.
