Iochpe-Maxion completed the investment in Forsee Power.

Iochpe-Maxion, an automobile components manufacturer, completed the investment in Forsee Power, a battery manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Maxion has focused on developing solutions which provide its customers with the opportunity to increase their market share in the mobility and electrification segments towards decarbonization. This partnership will allow us to offer our customers a complete solution for electric motor vehicles, particularly in the commercial segment, combining our knowledge and experience with Forsee Power’s technology,” Marcos de Oliveira, Iochpe-Maxion CEO.
