Telkom-backed Telkomsel, an internet services provider, and Singtel, a network services provider, to spin off IndiHome, a fixed broadband services provider, in a $3.9bn deal. “Telkomsel is enthusiastic about the achievement of the ongoing spin-off agreement process.
