Inverness Graham completed the acquisition of Innovia Medical.

Inverness Graham, an operationally focused private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Innovia Medical, a family of specialty surgical companies that are partnering with medical professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With a strong foundation, Innovia is well-positioned to benefit from favorable market tailwinds in the in the end-markets it serves. We intend to invest in the Company’s sales and marketing and R&D to accelerate organic growth, while simultaneously pursuing complementary strategic add-on acquisitions. Innovia is led by an experienced management team that has successfully grown the Company through portfolio diversification and strategic M&A.
