iCON Infrastructure completed the acquisition of NVA.

iCON Infrastructure, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of NVA, a renewable energy focused on the development, construction and operation of 3GW of renewable energy projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. Icon Infrastructure will support the growth of NVA with the strategic objective of transforming it into a multi-technology IPP focused mainly on solar, onshore wind and utility scale biogas plants.
