Bunge to acquire Avondale Terminal from Fuji Oil.

Bunge, a global company in agribusiness, food and ingredients, agreed to acquire Avondale Terminal, a port-based refinery, from Fuji Oil, a company that deals with food ingredients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition delivers on our long-term strategy to expand our value-added oils business by accelerating reach across North America. This facility will connect with our existing footprint and enable Bunge to better serve our customers,” Aaron Buettner, Bunge President of Food Solutions.
