Aterian Investment Partners-backed Vander-Bend Manufacturing completed the acquisition of Omni Components.

Aterian Investment Partners-backed Vander-Bend Manufacturing, a developer and provider of design, prototype, manufacturing and assembly solutions for global medical technology, completed the acquisition of Omni Components, a precision manufacturer and service provider of tight tolerance consumable medical products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This strategic acquisition broadens Vander-Bend's customer base, capabilities, and strategically positions us near key MedTech innovation hubs, while adding two new facilities.
