Mitratech completed the acquisition of Trakstar and Circa from Gauge Capital.

Mitratech, a provider of legal, compliance, and HR software, completed the acquisition of software developers Trakstar and Circa from Gauge Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Both Circa and Trakstar are perfect complements to the existing Mitratech platform, and champions of the markets where we see our HR portfolio expanding.
