Auxo Investment Partners-backed Precision Products Group, a leading manufacturer of small diameter spiral wound paper tubing, spiral wound plastic tubing and extruded tubing in a broad range of applications, completed the acquisition of Saylor Technical Products, a manufacturing company that produces looms, tapes, non-metallic wire, and hose protection products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
