Ulysses Press completed the acquisition of VeloPress from Outside Interactive.

Ulysses Press, a data- and market-driven independent book publisher distributed by Simon & Schuster, completed the acquisition of VeloPress, a health and fitness book publisher, from Outside Interactive, an American company focused on sports and recreation, fitness and nutrition. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ulysses Press is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue to grow the audience for some of the world’s best sports training books and fitness experts.
