STG-backed Escalent completed the acquisition of C Space and Hall & Partners from Omnicom.

STG-backed Escalent, a management consulting company, completed the acquisition of C Space, a customer insight, strategy and innovation agency, and Hall & Partners, a brand consultancy services provider, from Omnicom, a media company.
