JCM Global completed the acquisition of Game Payment Technology from bacta.

JCM Global, a transaction technology company, completed the acquisition of Game Payment Technology, a gaming company, from bacta, a UK trade association. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There is no doubt that the need for cashless solutions alongside other forms of payment within the gaming sector and the wider world is growing.
