HLD-backed Infodis completed the acquisition of Atexweb.

HLD-backed Infodis, a provider of next-generation digital services and consulting, completed the acquisition of Atexweb, a provider of computer support and services in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Atexweb by Infodis illustrates the speed of deployment of the strategy initiated since Groupe HLD took a stake in the company last March.
