Vela Software-backed Juniper Travel Group completed the acquisition of Peakwork.

Vela Software-backed Juniper Travel Group, a provider of the technology solutions for the travel industry, completed the acquisition of Peakwork, a global provider of network and marketplace for the production and booking of travel packages in real time. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining Constellation gives Peakwork the possibility to gain exclusive access to many industry specialists and resources, which will lead to further enhance Peakwork’s core travel distribution solutions and services.
