Warburg Pincus to acquire a 23% stake in Zhong Ou Asset Management.

Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 23% stake in Zhong Ou Asset Management, a financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Zhong Ou AMC has built up a strong business over the years through its outstanding investment and research capabilities, market-based operation, and strong distribution channels,” Ben Zhou, Warburg Pincus Managing Director.
