Rheinmetall Group and Autoflug to acquire Bionic Production.

Rheinmetall Group, a Germany-based company that specializes in security and mobility solutions, and Autoflug, a provider of products and services that focus on the rescue and safety of people, agreed to acquire Bionic Production, a manufacturing company that provides services including additive engineering, construction services and bionic engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed.
