Engle Martin & Associates completed the acquisition of EIMC.

Engle Martin & Associates, a loss adjusting and claims management provider, completed the acquisition of EIMC, a global provider of ocean marine, risk management, claims investigation, and subrogation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to continue growing and investing in our business.
