AGF Group completed the acquisition of Rendan Fabricators.

AGF Group, a company that specializes in reinforcing steel and post-tensioning, completed the acquisition of Rendan Fabricators, a supplier and installer of concrete reinforcing bars and welded wire mesh components in Atlantic Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is really great news for them and for us.
