LP First Capital and Genesis Park completed the acquisition of Fastest Labs.

LP First Capital, a private investment firm, and Genesis Park, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Fastest Labs, a nationwide provider of drug, alcohol, and DNA testing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Fastest Labs has shown tremendous potential and is a perfect fit for our business services platform.
