Walden Catalyst, an early-stage investments and operational expert, led $30m Series C round in 3D Glass Solutions, an innovator of glass-based three-dimensional integrated passive solutions for radio frequency. “Our technology and products are proving to be both differentiated and scalable, as evidenced by the ongoing increase in revenue and momentum we are seeing with our customers. This latest round will be used to increase our production wafer capacity and accelerate our product roadmap to support 3D Heterogeneous Integration solutions for RF and Data Center markets.
