Grupo Godo, a Spanish media conglomerate, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Experientia Sports & Entertainment, a sponsorship strategy, marketing and measurement services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have been working on our diversification strategy for 4 years, disinvesting in assets in which we did not have a majority or that were not strategic, and acquiring assets in the field of content and experiences that contribute great added value to brands," Carlos Godó, Grupo Godó CEO.
