Synopsis

Inversis, a banking services provider, agreed to acquire the depositary and custody services business of Banque Havilland, a private banking company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The decision to sell the institutional depository and custody business, and other activities related to this business, has not been easy but it is the most appropriate for our Group. After carrying out an exhaustive analysis of our businesses, we have come to the conclusion that our future successes depend on focusing on our main lines of business, in which we have strong competitive advantages. We are consistently aligning our organizational structure with the needs of our end customers and our Private Banking business. The choice of Banco Inversis, a leading and benchmark entity in its business lines, will ensure continuity of service for our institutional clients under the best quality standards," Marc Arand, Banque Havilland CEO.
